Aquatic World offers a Customer Loyalty Program to provide our customers with a better value and reward them for their business. This program offers discounts and rebates based on the level of purchases made at the shop within certain periods of time.

Program highlights include:

The program will have 3 discount levels; Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The program will automatically applies a 5%, 10%, or 15% discount (off MSRP) Note 5 and 6 automatically at the point of sale. No need to produce a card, it will be automatically programmed into our system. The discount levels will be based on cumulative sales. (Discounts do not apply to equipment packages or sale items which are already discounted)

Platinum level receives 3% rebates on equipment, service and training purchases will be automatically applied to an in house account allowing you to make purchases with the credit Note 3

To maintain the Gold and Platinum purchase level, a defined level of buy will need to be maintained Note 1

Discount Level Details:

Silver

$750 of purchases required for entry to this level

5% off select items

Expires Note 1

Gold

$1250 of purchases required for entry to entry into this level

10% off most items including tanks, air cards, service Note 4, 5 and 6

Expires Note 1

Platinum

$2500 of purchases required for entry into this level

15% off most items including training, tanks, air cards, service Note 4, 5 and 6

Use of pool

3% rebate (in the form of shop credit) Note 2 and 3

Expires Note 1

Note 1 Expiration – Membership in these programs will expire at the end of the calendar year following the year in which the award level was earned unless spending levels are achieved ($500 for Gold; $700 for Platinum). Silver will expire at end of year unless another spending level is achieved.

Note 2 Trips – Group trips will count toward total spent for achieving discount levels however rebates will not be applied.

Note 3 Rebates – Rebates can only be applied to in store purchases (no special orders). Rebates cannot be applied to trips.

Note 4 Training – Professional Level Courses are not discounted.

Note 5 Minimum pricing - Some items are controlled by vendor minimum pricing. Aquatic World will make up for those differences in other ways. See shop for details.
